A Friday that seems to have turned out more like Monday
oh how i long for the summer! to feel the warm sunshine upon my bare flesh again...i look forward to the days when i can pack up a cooler, ride up to Santa Barbara, and spend the day at the quiet lil nude beach. i yearn to enjoy the sun, sand and surf the way the good lord intended...completely buck-ass naked.
my skin will darken, my hair will lighten slightly, and i will be kissed by Helios.

another day another dollar. everyone around me is sick. i had to ride the subway to work today, and walked 5 blocks in the wind and pouring rain because my friend KittyKat is in bed recovering from some viscious bug or another and my beloved JeLLy is also home nursing herself back to health.
meanwhile i'm filled with vitality and energy, and i feel great. i fear that being surrounded by all these diseased folk is going to take its toll on my immune system!
we were supposed to go out to a couple birthday parties tonight but i highly doubt that it is going to happen now, and i'll be stuck in my apartment the whole weekend. meh!
i also don't really want to be at work today. i think that the week ended for me yesterday around 2 or 3 in the afternoon and yet i find myself forced to come into the office and work on some stupid ass project that some shithead dropped the ball on.
this is NOT the kind of friday i want...it's like friday became a monday today.
