stardustcboy's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ...Sugar Crash... ugh. i feel like i've been trampled by a whole herd of ass today. due to the particularly LATE time i hit the sheets, your dear narrator awoke this morning to find hisself an HOUR late to work! like some sort of reanimated corpse i clawed my way out of bed and stumbled blindly, mechanically, through my morning routine. all this bike riding has my legs sore as hell, and getting to work was a difficult task indeed...legs aching...muscles burning...head throbbing with each turn of the pedal. in the midst of the pain, it dawned on me... i couldn't get to sleep last night because of one MAJOR factor... sugar loads of the stuff. yep, i distinctly remember eating a bowl of pasta (complex carbohydrates), and then following that up with 3 reeses peanut butter cups (DAMN YOU EASTER BUNNY!), 2 butterfinger bites (DAMN YOU!), a caramel filled chocolate egg (DAMN YOOOOOOOOU!), and 4 samoa girl-scout cookies (CURSE YOU GIRL-SCOUTS!). yep...i was WiReD. so i apologize for the insane ramblings of last night. no wonder i wanted a steak, eh? needed some heavy sodiums and proteins to counter-act the happy sugar rage i was feeling. ;-P so, today i got paid. it's a good thing. i would have rode the bus to work, but i decided i needed my bike to cash my check at lunch...ALL so i can buy a big juicy burger or something. i'm excited because today i'm paying off the final piece of a $1000+ debt. it is like a great weight is lifting. *sigh* but i still have much to go my dear friends. all in good time! at least i did my taxes! wooHoo! fisted in the ass by uncle sam AGAIN!! fuckin' uncle sam. he's like that uncle that molests you and then threatens to kill you and your parents if you tell. sheesh. anyhoo, i'm at work so i best make like i am and get to workin'. you be good out there my lil cyber-luvs. until next time... chim-chimeny-chim-chimeny-chim-chim-cheroo... ~B-) 10:47 a.m. - 2004-04-15 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
